CSC to Resell Cloud-Based Microsoft Online Services
Agreement Will Provide Customers with CSC Trusted Cloud Services and Microsoft Online Services
Expanding on its recent cloud services announcement, CSC (NYSE: CSC) today announced a global agreement to resell the Microsoft Business Productivity Online Suite, part of Microsoft Online Services. Designed to help businesses easily and securely adopt cloud computing solutions across public, private and hybrid cloud networks, this agreement will allow customers to reduce the costs of managing and maintaining business systems and give them access to Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office Communications Online and Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
Wisconsin Teacher Receives National Recognition for Innovative Approach to Education
iQ Academy, an online middle and high school with programs in Arizona, Kansas, Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin, announced today the recipients of its first annual Teacher of the Year Award, which was established to recognize the outstanding efforts of iQ Academy teachers using an online classroom to provide students a high-quality, alternative approach to education. Ms. Angie Jurisch, a technology and foreign language teacher at iQ Academy Wisconsin, was selected as a 2009 iQ Academy National Teacher of the Year for her innovative teaching techniques used in five levels of Spanish courses, including AP Spanish, as well as a digital imaging course.
